Kyle earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mississippi and his
Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law. While attending law
school, Kyle gained experience from both sides of the law. In addition
to attending classes during the summer, Kyle interned with the Public
Defender’s Office in Meridian, Mississippi. In his final semester,
Kyle interned with the Rankin County District Attorney’s Offices
where he was sworn in for limited practice to assist in trying numerous

States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Mississippi,
and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
